Burnout is a growing challenge in the workplace, especially for women balancing demanding workloads, tight deadlines and evolving expectations. This webinar will explore the unique stressors women face and how burnout affects well-being, team dynamics and performance.

Participants will learn to recognize early signs of burnout and walk away with practical strategies to prevent, manage and recover from it.

About the Presenter

Maureen Dingus, CAE, serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA). With more than 25 years of association leadership experience, she partners with the VSCPA Board and leadership team to shape strategy and advance the CPA profession across Virginia. Maureen is a past president of the Virginia Society of Association Executives (VSAE) and a founding member of both The Alliance for Women in Associations and the Women’s Impact Network at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned her degrees. She also volunteers with Girls on the Run of Richmond and previously served on its Board of Directors.

Outside the office, Maureen has two grown-and-flown kids, a cranky senior Chihuahua mix and a wildly creative spouse. She’s also the founder of a rock-and-roll running club that hits iconic music cities to run half marathons at a solid “party pace.”
